Kaneka displays new functional food material based on Lactobacillus lactis

The product was at display at the Tokyo Big Sight exhibition from Oct. 3, 2012, and contains chrysanthemum polyphenol, an adzuki bean enzymolysis component, R037 Lactobacillus lactis, LAB4 Lactobacillus lactis, astaxanthin, and fucoxanthin.
