The product is a mixture mainly composed mainly of HFO-1123, 1,1,2-Trifluorethylen. Performance of the mixture is similar to HFC 410A, the industry standard. The product was developed by Asahi Glass Chemicals, under a contract from NEDO, and will be commercialized from 2016 under the brandname AMOLEA.
