Group at University of Tokyo develops gene therapy based on mRNA

The group of Kazunori KATAOKA at the University of Tokyo, School of Engineering, has developed a gene therapy concept based on synthetic mRNA which is delivered by a polymer-based micellar drug delivery system. In animal experiments, olfactory neuropathy could be cured using this method.
