The MHLW authorities accepted the study plans of Osaka University Medical School for the transplantation of skeletal muscle sarcoblast sheets for treatment of serious myocarditis, and of RIKEN’s Kobe Center for Developmental Biology for the transplantation of retina pigment epithelium derived from autologous iPS cells.
