The Life Science Research Institute, Tokyo, had processed dendritic cells and immune cells, e. g., NK cells, from patient’s blood obtained from medical institutions, and sent it to 18 medical institutions, without permission from MHLW according to the Regenerative Medicine Safety Regulations.
