NAIST team develops plate-like nanoparticls for organic thin-film devices

The co-development of Konica Minolta and NAIST is based on the semiconductor material (naphthyl 1)-N, N’- bis- phenyl benzidine (NPB) a few nanometers thick and can be mass-produced. It can be continuously dispersed on rigid or flexible lighting displays and used for applications requiring dynamic light scattering.
