Market for FOSHU food products increased to 627,5 billion Yen in 2013

Based on questionnaires to 191 companies, with 98 % response, the Japan Health and Nutrition Food Association (JHNFA) reported that the market for FOSHU products increased by 21,3 % from 2011 to 627,5 billion Yen. Major increases were in intestinal and fat-lowering products.
