Yakult Honsha will invest about 24 billion yen, extending the site of its Central Research Laboratory at Kunitachi-shi, Tokyo, and announced starting construction of four research buildings in October, 2012. Constructions will be completed in October, 2015 for the 80th anniversary of the Shirota Foundation.
