Nissan Chemical concludes R&D contract with Osaka’s Luxna Biotech venture on antisense drugs

Luxna Biotech is a spin-out of Osaka University with a focus on modified nucleic acids through chemical modification of natural nucleic acid (DNA, RNA) with artificial functions not found in natural nucleic acids. Nissan Chemical has expertise in oligonucleotide research and manufacturing technology and Luxna Biotech’s leadership in nucleic acid chemistry. The research collaboration is on oligonucleotides therapeutics discovery.
