TogoVar (Japanese genomic diversity consolidated database) allows to search one-stop domestic and foreign databases and literature information on variants of Japanese individuals using genome sequences. Search targets includes frequency information of large variants tabulated from the genome data of Japanese registered in the NBDC human database.
