Takeda opened its former Shonan Institute In October 2017 to other business and venture companies and academia researchers, transforming it into a center of open innovation. Currently, the park has 19 tenants, many oft hem venture companies. It is expected that it will take about 3 years to fill 90 % oft he park, and 10 years to form a good balance of companies
