Panasonic presents exhaust heat air circulation system with 75 % efficiency

The system separates and removes fine particles contained in high-temperature exhaust gas with high efficiency by utilizing an electric field, and returns the purified exhaust gas to the furnace for utilization. If mounted in a reflow furnace, it achieved a dust collection rate of 91% and exhaust heat energy recovery efficiency of 75% in a continuous operation for over 500 hours.
