AnGes MG plans introduction of NF-kB-oligo decoy coated catheter for percutaneous transluminal angioplasty

NF-kB is associated with inflammation and immune reactions, and NF-κB decoy oligo inhibits the transcription factor for NF-κB inhibits binding to DNA. Trials with patients suffering from dialysis shunt vein stenosis have so far been satisfactory, and restenosis prevention can be expected. Main products are coated dialysis needles.
