RIKEN group enhances primary metabolism of Synechocystis sp. by ntcA-overexpression

The group of Yumi HIRAI at Yamagata University, in collaboration with RIKEN Environmental Resource Resource Center, found by metabolomic analysis that modification of the transcription factor ntcA led to a strongly enhanced primary production in this cyanobacterium.
