Japanese researchers succeed to control implantation of intestinal bacteria in mice

A team from RIKEN and from the University of Tokyo succeeded to induce regulatory T-cells (Treg) in mice colonized with human microbiota, by supplying a rationally selected mixture of Clostridia from a healthy human faecal sample.
