ABC Cooking Studio, a company with 110 studios in Japan and over 3.500 employees, has started health-related lectures and courses which introduce scientific knowledge from professors or medical practicioners to laymen. For participants, there is counseling about health effects of food components including measurements of blood composition after meals. The focus in October is on resveratrol, in November on catechin.
